02 Aug Ted Baker AW14 Innovative Quad Stream
Leading London fashion house Ted Baker wanted to do something not only different but also suitably fabulous for their Autumn Winter 2014 show.
3xScreen Media delivered an innovative quad-stream production of Ted Baker’s AW14 Catwalk Show, which gave fashion fans the opportunity to choose between viewing a catwalk, dancer and aerial camera. The next level of this innovation was the fourth camera, which was situated backstage. Viewers were encouraged to share the link with their friends so that when the stream reached ten thousand views, the fourth camera was unlocked, allowing viewers at home to virtually rub shoulders with the models backstage.
3xScreen designed a custom player that gave viewers unprecedented flexibility with their viewing options. Each of the four streams of the catwalk show could be viewed as full screen individual streams, in quad view or in a bespoke thumbnail player.
The mobile responsive live stream was hosted on the Ted Baker Website and blog and incorporated a pre-event countdown clock and sharing via all the major social media platforms.
The production consisted of 14 live cameras accross four live production galleries.
