05 Nov Ben Ainslie Racing Press Conference
A press conference was held on Tuesday 10th January in London at which Ben Ainslie announced the formation of Ben Ainslie Racing, a challenger in the America’s Cup World Series 2012-2013. Ben also announced that he will be part of Oracle Racing’s defence of the America’s Cup, in San Francisco in 2013.
At the 2012 London Olympics, Ainslie became the first person to win medals in five different Olympic Games in sailing, the third person to win five Olympic sailing medals and the second to win four Olympic sailing golds.
